After participating in ArmTech '07, a global three-day
high-technology-focused forum and exhibition San Francisco, RA Foreign
Minister Vartan Oskanian returned to Paris, where he is scheduled to
meet with the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs today, Press and Information
