ASHES OF ALEK AND MARY MANOUKIANS TO BE BROUGHT TO ARMENIA

On July 13, the ashes of Alec And Mary Manoukians will be brought
to Armenia to be reburied in St. Echmiadzin. Alek Manoukian is the
national hero of the Republic of Armenia and AGBU Life Chairman. At
present, they are buried in Detroit, in the USA. The Press Service
of St. Echmiadzin informed about this.
On July 17, the prominent Armenians will be buried in front of the
treasury that was built by their benevolence. High ranked state
officials, various guests, spiritual leaders and the children of
Alec and Mary Manoukians will be present at the funeral. Before the
funeral, the bodies of Alec and Mary Manoukians will be placed at
the St. Gayane church.
