FROM JULY 15 ARMENTEL TO PUT INTO OPERATION NEW BILLING SYSTEM

YEREVAN, JULY 13, NOYAN TAPAN. From July 15, ArmenTel will put into
operation a new billing system, which will help to exactly calculate
subscribers' payments for different services, as well as to offer
new services to subscribers. Oleg Bliznyuk, the company's Director
General, informed journalists about it on July 13.
He refuted the rumors that after the introduction of the new billing
it will be impossible to pass from phone communication pre-payment
system to the post-payment one. O. Bliznyuk said that there will be
no changes of the kind and the quality of services will improve.
According to ArmenTel's Director, the bills of payments will be
introduced to mobile communication subscribers at their request,
at company's branches.
The fixed telephone communication subscribers will receive monthly
written bills, which will indicate in detail the payments to be done
for different services.
