"VICTORIES" OF AZERI DELEGATION TO COE PUFFED UP BY AZERI MEDIA - BIG NOTHING

working. I have represented our country for a long time and can firmly
say that our activities produced effect," RA NA Speaker Tigran Torosian
said at a news conference in IA Regnum's press office.
"Victories" of the Azeri parliamentary delegation in Strasbourg puffed
up by the Azeri media, he said.
Mr Torosian reminded of the CoE resolution on Nagorno Karabakh, which
says that Nagorno Karabakh can be granted independence via the will
of the NKR population.
"The resolution also says that no CoE member state has a right to
commit aggression. In this case the state will be immediately expelled
from the Council of Europe," Mr Torosian said.
