NKR BEING RECOGNIZED DE FACTO HAS SET ...

In the polling district 4/4 of the capital, after doing his
civic duty, the NKR Prime Minister Anoushavan Danielian answered
the questions asked by journalists. The considerable part of the
questions touched upon not only presidential elections, but also
the most various spheres of NKR life."Being recognized De Facto
NKR has set achievements",- assured Mr Danielian. Journalists were
interested also, according to the Prime Minister, how real were
the promises raised in the great part of the candidates' election
programs during the campaign, particularly concerning the increase
of salaries and pensions?"."Usually during elections we try to take
the high note, but then gradually the life puts everything in the
places",- considers Danielian,-"But under the analyses of economic
parameters of the last 5 years, it is visible, that incomes of the
state anually grow at least on 40%. If we shall keep average rates
of growth of these years, in the forthcoming years it is possible to
grow the sizes of pensions up to 35 thousand drams". Coming back to
opinions on disproportion of development of the capital and regions,
the Prime Minister has assured that a reality is not so terrible,
as it is presented. According to him a unique painful point in that
sense is Shushi," It is probable, 1-2 years later large-scale works
will begin in Shushi",- has noted Danielian, having assured that within
several years the tendency of restoration and growth in Shushi will be
looked through also , which exists now in Stepanakert. "Whether there
will be personnel changes after presidential elections?" Danielian
hs noted, that prospect of personnel changes at the most various
levels is natural after any presidential elections-"Time will show,
what changes will occur . Simply, it is necessary to concern to it
easy as to a natural process", - he has noted.
