CONGRATULATORY MESSAGE TO SAHAKIAN

As NKR Government's Press Service reports, in connection with electing
the president of the Republic, the Prime Minister Anoushavan Danielian
sent a congratulatory message to Bako Sahakian.The message says. "On
behalf of NKR Government and my own I congratulate you on the election
President of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. Your convincing victory
on elections is a testimony of truth, wich people, political and
public reasonable powers believe and trust in you and uniting round
the idea of unity, it will be a success to realize those problems,
which are foreseen in your pre-election program. It's evident,
that the elections were free and transparent, corresponding to
the international standarts, which is also a progressive step for
strengthening the democratic values on a way of Artsakh independence.
I'm sure, that using the experiences and knowledges of political
and state figure, from now and on we'll do everything to develop
enonomics, to raise the living standart of people, to realize the
wishes of Artsakh people for strengthening the country. Once again
congratulating you on occasion of electing the leader of the country,
I wish you inflexible will-power, inflexibility
