ARBITRAL INSTITUTION OPENS AT RA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY

YEREVAN, JULY 30, NOYAN TAPAN. An arbitral institution dealing with
issues of alternative regulation of economic disputes has opened at
the RA Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI). The executive director
of the RA CCI Gagik Vardanian told NT correspondent that so far the
Court of Arbitration of the RA CCI has performed some functions of
this institution.
In his words, it is envisaged to hold regular seminars and discussions
with the aim of informing the public about the role and significance
of this arbitral institution and to familiarize businessmen with
alternative solutions of economic disputes.
