THIRD INTERNATIONAL TOURISM EXHIBITION TO BE HELD IN YEREVAN ON OCTOBER 26-28

YEREVAN, JULY 30, NOYAN TAPAN. The third international tourism
exhibition will be held in Yerevan on October 26-28. The chairman of
the Armenian Society of Travel Agents (ASTA) Yeghishe Tanashian told
NT correspondent that the purpose of the exhibition is to develop
regional tourism in Armenia, promoting the cooperation of tour
operators and businessmen in the country.
According to him, in addition to Armenian tourism companies, tour
operators from Ukraine, Belarus, Iran, Egypt, Syria and Lebanon will
take part in the exhibition. A preliminary agreement has been also
reached with representatives of Turkish tour operators, who, by the
way, have participated in two previous exhibitions.
Seminars and presentations will be organized during the event.
