The Swedish OMX company that is known to purchase the Armenian Stock
Exchange and the Central Depository, united with NASDAQ company. The
agreement costs anout $ 3,7 billion. The united company will be called
NASDAQ OMX Group. "Mediamax" agency informed about this.
