YEREVAN, JUNE 1, NOYAN TAPAN. In January-April 2007, non-tax revenues
of the RA state budget made 12.5 bln drams (about 45 mln USD), which
ensured 125.1% of the programmed index for the first half of 2007:
non-tax revenues grew more than 1.8fold on the same period of last
year. According to the RA Ministry of Finance and Economy, the growth
in non-tax revenues is mainly conditioned by a sum of over 4.6 bln
drams paid under the reconciliation agreement signed with ArmenTel
CJSC, as well as by a growth of interest received from placement
of available resources - it amounted to 1.1 bln drams, exceeding by
979.2 mln drams the respective index of last year.

In the first four months of 2007, non-tax revenues declined by 606.1
mln drams on the same period of 2006 with respect to ownerless
monetary resources transferred to the state, money transferred
by succession, or as donation from natural and juridical persons
(except from Armenian communities, international organizations and
foreign states), as well as with respect to revenues from alienation
of property nor representing fixed or material assets, which made 30.3
mln drams. This is conditioned by the fact that in the same period of
2006, the Armenia International Airports CJSC made a donation of 511
mln drams to the Armenian government for sevicing the EBRD credit
program of Zvartnots Airport's cargo complex. Without this sum,
the decline in the indicated revenues makes 75.8% or 95.1 mln drams.

In January-April 2007, state budgetary revenues from capital operations
made over 4.6 bln drams, 4.1 bln drams of which was received from
alienation of lands representing state property, 472.4 mln drams - from
sale of fixed assets. The program of revenues from capital operations
for the first half of 2007 was fulfilled by 41.1%. The growth of
these revenues on th same period of 2006 made 33.5% or 1.2 bln drams.

In the first four months of 2007, official transfers made 216.6
mln drams, 211.7 mln drams of which was allocated under the mutual
understanding memorandum on poverty reduction in Armenia signed between
Armenia and Great Britain, while 4.9 mln drams was transferred to
    off-budget accounts of state institutions.
