ELMAR MAMMADYAROV: THE REFERENDUM ON THE STATUS OF KARABAKH SHOULD BE HELD ALL OVER AZERBAIJAN

Azerbaijani foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov declared today that
"the referendum on the status of Nagorno Karabakh should be held all
over Azerbaijan. In his words, "holding a referendum only in Nagorno
Karabakh contradicts the Constitution of Azerbaijan."
The Minister noted that "one should not expect considerable changes
from the meeting of the Armenian and Azerbaijan Presidents in Saint
Petersburg."
