THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL COURSES ORGANIZED FOR ARMENIAN FENCING COACHES UNDER AEGIS OF INTERNATIONAL OLYMPIC COMMITTEE

YEREVAN, JUNE 6, NOYAN TAPAN. Theoretical and practical courses for
fencing coaches are run in Yerevan on June 4-11 under the Olympic
Solidarity program of the International Olympic Committee and on the
initiative of the National Olympic Committee of Armenia.
The courses are being conducted by Alexander Ravnyagin (Russia),
who is a qualified coach and worked with national fencing teams of
China, Korea and Hong Kong. He is a member of the coach council of
the Russian national team.
21 coaches from fencing schools of Yerevan, Gyumri and Vanadzor are
participating in courses. Practical classes are conducted at Noragavit
specialized fencing school. At the end of courses, the participants
will take examinations and receive certificats.
