BH RECEIVES 3 MINISTER PORTFOLIOS

YEREVAN, JUNE 7, NOYAN TAPAN. Bargavach Hayastan Party will have
three Minister posts in the government. Chairman of BH faction
Gagik Tsarukian informed journalists about it during the break of
first sitting of NA of fourth convocation on June 7. In his words,
BH members will be Ministers of Health, Urban Development, Sport
and Youth Affairs. According to some rumors, Ministry of Culture,
Sport and Youth Affairs is reorganized into two Ministries, one of
which will be engaged in sport and youth affairs.
Tsarukian said that the party will offer the candidature of its
member, Director General of Erebuni medical center Artyom Kushkian
for the post of Health Minister. Current Deputy Minister of Transport
and Communication Vardan Vardanian will take the post of Minister of
Urban Development and the Ministry of Youth and Sport will be headed by
Vice-Minister of National Olympic Committee of Armenia Armen Gevorgian
(Chairman is Gagik Tsarukian).
BH Chairman assured that the Ministers offered by the party will
do their work well to justify the hopes of the people and party. In
his words, if someone works badly, he will be immediately dismissed
according to his application. Gagik Tsarukian assured the journalists
that he will also punctually come to the parliament and will take an
active part in the legislative work.
To recap, BH has received as much portfolios as ARFD, which does not
make part of the ruling coalition.
