President Robert Kocharyan congratulated Tigran Torosyan for his
reelection to the high position of the Speaker of the fourth National
Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, President's Press Office informs.
The message says, in part: "I'm sure that your knowledge and experience
will serve for the further deepening of the reforms process in Armenia
