COALITION MEMORANDUM WITHOUT ARF DASHNAKTSUTYUN

June 6 - Serge Sargsyan, the RoA Prime Minister and Chairman of the
Republicans' Board, and Gagik Tsarukyan, the leader of the Prosperous
Armenia Party, signed a Coalition agreement at the RoA President's
residence.
Afterwards the coalitionists signed a Partnership agreement with Armen
Rustamyan, the representative of the ARF Dashnaktsutyun Supreme Board.
Under the above-mentioned agreement the Coalition shall increase
productivity of legislative and executive branches contribute to the
country's stable development meet challenges Armenia is facing secure
transparency and publicity of state bodies' activities ensure civil
society's engagement into decision-makings apply mechanisms to provide
state officials' impartiality ensure economic stability, curtail of
shadow economy, fair income distribution and favorable conditions for
civil society contribute to export promotion and corruption combat
apply the system of checks and balances in political system conduct
a joint policy through collaboration.
The agreements define the formats of political Coalition and
Partnership in the state government system.
