ARAYIK MIRZOYAN TAKES THIRD PLACE IN WORLD YOUTH WEIGHTLIFTING CHAMPIONSHIP

PRAGUE, JUNE 13, NOYAN TAPAN. Sportsmen of 69 kg weight category
competed in the world youth weightlifting championship in Prague
on June 12. Armenian weightlifter Arayik Mirzoyan from Etchmiadzin
showed a result of 316 kg (snatch - 146 kg, clean and jerk - 170 kg),
took third place and won the bronze medal.
Out of 5 Armenian sportsmen participating in the championship, two -
Meline Daluzian (63 kg) from Gyumri and Aram Andrikian (77 kg) from
Sevan will compete on June 13.
