YEREVAN, JUNE 13, NOYAN TAPAN. By the June 12 decree of RA President
Robert Kocharian, Armen Gevorgian, Head of the RA President's staff,
was appointed secretary of the National Security Council. This was
reported to Noyan Tapan by the RA President's Press Office.
