10 people died and 11 wounded in a bomb blast (the sixth in four weeks)
in the capital of Lebanon on June 13, according to Lebanese security
sources. The explosion happened in the seaside neighborhood of Manara
near the club "Ben Milliter".
Lebanese parliament member Walid Eido, his son and bodyguard were
among the killed.
The attack is supposed to be organized against Walid Eido, who is
a member of anti-Syrian political bloc of the Prime Minister Fuad
Siniora.
It is an attempt to reduce the anti-Syrian majority (led by Saad
Hariri) in the Lebanese government.
