PETER SEMNEBY: TIME DOES NOT WORK IN FAVOR OF NAGORNO KARABAKH CONFLICT PARTIES

"Time does not work in favor of the parties to the Nagorno Karabakh
conflict. The delay of the settlement of the conflict would stir up
hostility between two nations and tensions in the region," European
Union Special Representative for the South Caucasus exclusively
told APA.
He said he discussed the Nagorno Karabakh issue at the meeting with
Armenian parliament speaker Tigran Torosian.
Peter Semneby said EU wants Karabakh conflict to be settled soon. He
said Armenia and Azerbaijan are important partners for EU, so this
organization is very upset of the fruitless end of St Petersburg
meeting of the presidents. He said he and Tigran Torosian touched on
his Karabakh visit but he refused to go into details.
The EU representative said he will visit Azerbaijan soon.
