KARABAKH LEADER REPLACES SECURITY CHIEF - ARMENIAN AGENCY

Yerevan, 18 June: The president of the Nagornyy Karabakh republic
(NKR), Arkadi Ghukasyan, signed a decree today on relieving the
candidate for president, Bako Sahakyan, of the position of director
of the national security service (NSS) of the republic.
The decree was signed in correspondence with the electoral code of
the NKR, the press service of the NKR president reported.
By another decree of the president, the responsibilities of the head
of the national security service were assigned to the deputy director
of the NKR national security service, Viktor Kocharyan.
