ARMENIAN ATHLETES COMPETE FOR EUROPEAN CUP IN VENITSA

VENITSA, JUNE 22, NOYAN TAPAN. The Armenian national athletics team
left for the city of Venitsa (Bosnia and Herzegovina) on June 20 to
compete for the European Cup. The team is composed of 22 athletes,
including Melik Janoyan from Gyumri (javelin throwing), Vahagn
Javakhian and Alexander Abrahamian from Yerevan (running), Gevorg
Sargsian from Vanadzor (broad jumping). The competitions will last
until June 24.
