ARMENIAN PRESIDENT MISSES BSECO SUMMIT

Armenian President Robert Kocharyan has not attended the 15th jubilee
sumit fo the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization (BSECO)
hosted in Istanbul, APA Turkey reports.
Official Yerevan did not publicize reasons for Mr.Kocharyan's missing
the summit. Armenian Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanian is representing
Armenia in BSECO summit. BSECO Presidents and Foreign Ministers
attended the summit except Armenia.
Oskanian will hold a press conference for media representatives in
Chiragan palace after the meeting of BSECO Foreign Ministers' Council.
