THIRD INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE/EXHIBITION ON RENEWABLE, CLEAN ENERGY TO BE HELD IN YEREVAN ON JUNE 27-29

YEREVAN, June 26. /ARKA/. The third international conference/exhibition
on renewable and clean energy is to be held in Yerevan on June 27-29,
the organizing committee of the conference reported.
The conference particularly covers political issues and development
strategies, market development trends and barriers, technologies of
renewable and clean energy use, issues of national energy safety,
issues on practical application of renewable and clean energy and
ecology issues.
The objective of the forthcoming conference is to highlight the issues
of policy, achievements in technologies, experience and challenges,
climate change, opportunities for international co-operation, and
other topics related to the renewable energy development in Armenia
and around the world.
Among participants of the conference are representatives of Ministry
of Energy, Ministry of Nature Protection, RA Public Services Regulatory
Commission, international organizations NGOs.
The conference is held by the Research Institute of Energy and is
sponsored by International Development Collaboration Program Hellenic
Aid of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Greece and United Nations
Development Program.
