ARMENIAN CITIZENS THAT BECAME ILLEGAL MIGRANTS IN OTHER COUNTRIES CAN GET LEGAL AID FROM ARMENIA

Public organization of soldiers' mothers of Armenia "Zinvori mair"
being financed by "EurAsia" foundation and USAID since 1 July 2007,
has been fulfilling a project "Civil society and migration", the
purpose of which is to show legal aid and information support to the
migrants in abroad (including citizens of military age), as well as
potential migrants and their families that want to leave for the CIS
countries and abroad.
As ArmInfo was informed from the editor's office of "Erkramas"
newspaper of the Russian Armenians, within the frames of the programme
the organization gives consultation and practical legal aid to the
persons that:
- don't have passport and Russian citizenship,
- don't have military service record card,
- are wanted because of military service escape,
- got residence permit or citizenship of Russia but a lawsuit was
filed against them in Armenia,
- declined military service, became 27 years old and want to return
to the native land and get documents according to the law,
- want to leave the country but don't know what documents are needed
in the country of arrival, etc.
The organization guarantees anonymity of applications and security
of citizens after their arrival in Armenia. Here are the contact
