LEVEL OF WATER IN SEVAN RISES

In the first half of 2007 the level of water in Lake Sevan rose
by 40 cm, stated the Andranik Andreasyan, chair of the State Water
Board Committee.
Andranik Andreasyan said the tendency of rise of the level of water
in Sevan continues, ARKA reported. In 2005 the level of water rose
by 41 cm, in 2006 by 18 cm.
