NEWLY-APPOINTED DEFENCE MINISTER VISITS KARABAKH

On April 29, Arkadi Ghuksyan, the President of Nagorno-Karabakh,
received Michael Harutyunyan, the newly-appointed RoA Defence Minister.
The parties dwelt on the Armenia-Karabakh collaboration, and the
maintenance of ceasefire regime on the Karabakh-Azerbaijan contact
line, the NKR President's Press Secretary reported KarabakhOpen.
Reminder; in Michael Harutyunyan's opinion, Seyran Ohanyan, the
NKR Defence Minister, will be appointed Commander-in-Chief of the
RoA Armed Forces. Movses Hakobyan, the NKR Deputy Defence Minister,
will likely take over the office of the NKR Defence Minister.
