GAREGIN AZARIAN REFUTES STATEMENT ABOUT PROHIBITING ENTRANCE OF
TURKISH OBSERVERS TO ARMENIA
YEREVAN, MAY 7, NOYAN TAPAN. All observers who applied to RA CEC by
OSCE's general list have already received certificates. CEC Chairman
Garegin Azarian reported at the May 7 press briefing, in fact,
refuting the statement about prohibiting entrance of Turkish observers
to Armenia.
In response to journalists' questions, whether the fact of giving an
ambulance car by Bargavach Hayastan Party is a manifestation of voter
buying, G. Azarian stated that this is a present not to the voters
but to the community. And in connection with the fact of organizing a
concert with a lottery by the same party in Byureghavan lately
G. Azarian proposed introducing the lottery ticket.
