"OY" party leader held a protest meeting in the center of Yerevan the
day before. The party members claimed of the confidence in victory in
the forthcoming parliamentary election. If the election is falsified,
"the party will follow out to protect their votes", they said.
The party members called to dismiss those "who cannot speak Armenian"
from the power and nominate those "who are able to protect their
citizens, recover justice, reduce the poverty and increase the wages
and pensions". According to the party leader, ex-speaker of RA
Parliament Artur Baghdasaryan, the present authorities discredit the
country and deal with nothing but "robbery".
