Europe and the world with their outstanding heroism in the World War
II. In our hearts will shall always remember feats of soldiers and
rear workers committed in heavy war times for the sake of freedom and
happiness of future generations," says Vladimir Putin in his message.

passed the hardest tests of the World War II, is a firm base for
further forward movement of countries on the way of multilateral
development of allied cooperation and strategic partnership.
