CONFLICTS IN TRANSCAUCASUS DISCUSSED IN MOSCOW

The issues referring to settlement of conflicts in Transcaucasus
were discussed at a meeting of Russia's Deputy FM Grigory Karasin
with the U. S. Assistant Secretary of State Daniel Fried held May 15.
In the course of the meeting the parties considered some aspects of
Russian-American relations, IA REGNUM reports quoting Russian MFA
Information and Press Department.
Daniel Fried arrived in Moscow in connection with the U. S. Secretary
of State Condoleezza Rice's visit.
