A CONFERENCE IN MOSCOW DEDICATED TO SHAHUMIAN OF ARTSAKH

On May 27 a conference titled "Call of Mrav" is to hold in Moscow,
dedicated to the history and destiny of Shahumian, north part
of Nagorno Karabakh. The organizers of the conference are the
Representative office of Nagorno Karabakh in Russia, "Russian-Armenian
cooperation" organization and Armenian youth union "Mitk".
The aim of the conference is to make acquaintance of the wide
auditorium with the ethnography, culture and the most important
historic events of Shahumian.
The Azerbaijani newspapers expressed their recurrent dissatisfaction
on holding such a conference in Moscow.
