AGHALI ALISHOV'S ASSAULTER IDENTIFIED

Azerbaijani Aghali Alishov, who was shot during the scuffles
between Azerbaijani and Armenian students at the People's Friendship
University in Moscow, has arrived in Azerbaijan. He may return to
Moscow within this week. Aghali Alishov's barrister Namig Azimov told
APA one Azerbaijani was interrogated on the case, with more one to
be asked soon.
According to the barrister, ballistic examinations' results are
ready. The results of ballistic examination sufficed to identify the
guilty for the incident. But his name is not publicized yet." The
guilty man is not arrested because of some procedural momentums".
Aghali Alishov was wounded on his stomach during the incident at the
People's Friendship University after Patricia Lumumba by Armenian
student on May 1. He was hospitalized at Moscow city hospital #64
where he underwent surgery.
