120 CLAIMS RECEIVED BY THE ANTI-CORRUPTION PUBLIC RECEPTION CENTRE

About 120 claims are already received by the Anti-corruption public
reception centre. According to the Center experts, the claims mainly
regard corruption risks in the fields of civil and administrative
law. The claims issues differ, including family problems, benefit
and passport problems, State Cadastre and other issues. Many claims
concern army, drafting and public health.
The fewer claims touch education, small and middle-scale business,
as well as public services and consumer rights, roadway police and
driver rights. The Center administration states the growth of region
visitors' number. Within the fifth working week of the Center the
regional claims make the quarter of the whole. The Anti-corruption
public reception centre was found in April as a result of cooperation
of OSCE Yerevan office and Anti-corruption coalition of NGOs.
