PRESIDENT KOCHARYAN RECEIVED IRAN'S DEFENSE MINISTER

President Robert Kocharyan today received the Minister of Defense
and Armed Forces Logistics, Brigadier General Mostafa Mohammad Najjar
and the delegation accompanying him.
Minister Mostafa Mohammad Najjar conveyed to the Armenian President
the warm greetings of Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
The parties appreciated the high level of Armenian-Iranian relations,
emphasizing the agreements reached between the Presidents of the
two countries, which are targeted at the further development of
collaboration.
The interlocutors spoke about the opportunities of cooperation in
the field of defense.
