Raffi Hovannisian Receives Levon Ter-Petrosyan
Yerevan--Today Heritage Party leader and Armenia's first Minister of
Foreign Affairs Raffi K. Hovannisian met with its first President
Levon Ter-Petrosyan. They exchanged analyses on the Republic's
