The townsman of Stepanakert Levon Gharakhanian has registered a written
protest to the Government with a matter of thoroughly maintenance of
his flat within the limits of the sum allocated by the state. By the
commission of A. Haroutyunian, the service of supervision of the NKR
Premier, by the head of the Minister visited the repaired flat of the
building situated in N.Stepanian 18 street of the capital. According
to K.Petrosian, collaborating with the Minister of Urban Planning,
they'll do everything to abolish the defects till the beginning
of winter. On whose account the defects will be abolished, it's
clear, through those fault the unqualified construction has been
realized. Some invalids live in the flat. After the works lasted 8
months, constructional organization wanted to hand over the owner in
