Russian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Azerbaijan
Vasili Istratov told a news conference in Baku that "Russia does not
dislocate its armaments on the territory of Nagorno Karabakh."
"As for the Russian military equipment located in the Russian military
base in Armenia, these armaments are mastered by Russian soldiers,"
he said.
The Ambassador noted also that the Azerbaijani side has expressed
its concern to the Russian Ministry of Defense connected with the
existence of Armenian servicemen in the Russian military base.
