"Brutality, corruption and murder are widely spread in the RA army,"

servicemen have to pay great sums to avoid severe beating.
We encounter this phenomenon especially in the medium layer-among
officers. High-rank officials get high salaries and are not interested
in such things, Greta Mirzoyan told A1+.
A lot has changed in the army nowadays. Today servicemen are aware
of their rights and disobey their superiors, she says.
The NGO has come up a "migration" project regarding overseas Armenians'
recruitment. Most of them have Armenian residence permit and are
eligible for army but de facto live abroad. The issue should be
considered in higher bodies.
