ELMAR MAMMADYAROV: AZERBAIJAN AWAITS RESULTS OF THE CO-CHAIRS' VISIT TO YEREVAN

OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs who are dealt with the settlement of
Nagorno Karabakh conflict did not give any proposal during their last
visit to Baku, Azerbaijan Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov said,
APA reports. The minister stated that Azerbaijan has already stated
its position, official Baku approves solution of the conflict in the
framework of territorial integrity of Azerbaijan.
"Armenians living in Nagorno Karabakh are Azerbaijani citizens and we
can only give them autonomy in high level," he said. Mr. Mammadyarov
said that negotiations were carried out on several principles,
and issues on some principles remain open yet. Minister saying that
co-chairs are seeking compromise on those issues and they will find it
stressed that Baku awaits results of the negotiations the mediators
will have in Yerevan. "If mediators want meeting in the level of
Foreign Ministers, Azerbaijan is ready to this meeting," he said.
