    Yerevan, 5 September: The defence ministry of the Nagornyy Karabakh
    republic [NKR] has refuted Azerbaijani media reports about cease-fire
    violation.

    Lt-Col Senor Hasratyan, the head of the NKR defence ministry
    press service, told Arminfo that Azerbaijani media reports about a
    cease-fire violation by the Karabakh side was a lie. "On the contrary,
    it is Azerbaijan that periodically opens fire from assault weapons,
    and does it so constantly that fires from the Azerbaijani side have
    become a usual thing," Hasratyan said.

    Sep 07 reported quoting the country's Defence Ministry as saying that
    one soldier had been killed and one wounded in a cease-fire violation
    incident in Fuzuli District].

    [ANS TV, Baku, in Azeri 0700 gmt 5 Sep 07 quoted the Azerbaijani
    Defence Ministry as saying that one Azeri soldier had been killed in
    a cease-fire violation in Agdam district and two Armenian soldiers
    were killed by retaliatory fire.]
