ARMENIAN BORDER GUARDS TO PARTICIPATE IN COMMONWEALTH SESSION

A delegation of Armenian border guards will participate in a session
of border army commanders from Commonwealth states in the capital
of Kazakhstan on September 12. As informed to panorama.am, the
Armenian delegation will be led by head officer of the border army,
Valeri Atayan.
During the session, member countries will discuss a series of issues
and opinions will be shared concerning conditions on the countries'
borders, as well as cooperation on these issues. They will come to
conclusions about the year's activities, will discuss about how to
struggle together against false documents, and a working plan for
the 2008 session.
We also inform that besides Armenia's participation in the session,
delegations from Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan,
Moldavia, Russia, Tajikstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Ukraine
will take part. The session will be headed by Russian general and
leader of Russia's border army, Vladimir Pronichev.
