    ELECTTIONS: HOW RATHER THAN WHO

    Hayoc Ashkharh
    12 Sept 2007

"I believe there will be a certain process of crystallization by the
end of November: how many pro-Government candidates will form poles
and what kind of poles will they be, and how many pro-Opposition
candidates will form poles and what kind of poles will these be?

Personally I attach more importance to the way a candidate is elected,
rather than to the issue who will be nominated and who will be
elected. The internal and external challenges faced by our country
demand that the legitimacy of the elected candidate give way to no
doubt wither inside or outside the country. Because, a President
having a problem in terms of legitimacy may pose a danger to our state.

If X candidate is elected as a result of free, fair and legitimate
elections, that will be a success for the country, no matter whether
this person will be a representative of the Opposition or the
Government, or, whether he will represent a neutral camp," VICTOR
    DALLAKYAN is convinced.
