COORDINATING BOARD OF CIS PROSECUTOR GENERALS TO MEET IN YEREVAN

YEREVAN, September 13. /ARKA/. The Coordinating Board of the CIS
Prosecutor Generals is to hold a meeting in Yerevan on October 9,
2007, RA Prosecutor General Aghvan Hovsepyan stated in Parliament.
He stressed the importance of cooperation with the Coordinating Board
in crime control.
"To enhance the efficiency of Armenia's Prosecutor's Office,
cooperation has been established with the prosecutor's offices of a
number of countries over the last few years, Specifically, bilateral
agreements have been signed with China, Slovakia, Hungary, Russia,
Georgia, Belarus, Georgia and Latvia," he said.
Hovsepyan also reported that agreements with the prosecutor's offices
of Germany, Austria, Iran and Qatar are being prepared.
