BERNARD FASSIER: FORMAT OF THE SETTLEMENT OF NAGORNO KARABAKH CONFLICT CAN NOT CHANGE AT PRESENT DELICATE STAGE OF NEGOTIATIONS

Format of the settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict can not change at
present delicate stage of negotiations. OSCE is the only organization
which can solve Nagorno Karabakh conflict, OSCE Minsk Group co-chair
(France) Bernard Fassier said briefing in Baku, APA reports.
Mr. Fassier refuting reports on co-chairs~R proposal on changing format
said that there is no need to change format. Co-chair commenting on
involving Armenian community of Nagorno Karabakh to negotiations said
that he did not express any opinion on that side~Rs participation in
the format of negotiations. ~SArmenian and Azerbaijan communities
would better attend negotiations process in the composition of
Armenian and Azerbaijani delegations. I expressed my opinion so and
there is no sensation. Azerbaijani press reports that as if we will
have continuous meetings with Armenian community. It is not right.
Azerbaijan and Armenia should continue intercourse,~T he said.
