NATO ISN'T LIABLE TO BRAND ANY STATE OCCUPANT

members. They possess no right introduce provisions into the NATO
PA agenda," Armenia's Ambassador to NATO Samvel Lazarian told a
PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.
"It's Azerbaijan's recurrent propagandistic trick," he said.
"NATO is not liable to announce this or that state aggressor," he said.
The remarks followed reports of the Azeri media saying, "Baku spares
no effort for NATO recognition of Armenia as occupant."
