Georgy Petrosian Georgy Petrosian was born in 1953, January 10th, in
Stepanakert. He finished school number 8 of Stepanakert. In 1971-1973
he served in the ranks of the Soviet Army. In 1978 he graduated from
Radiotechnical Institute of Minsk. In 1978-1980 he worked in Minsk,
as an engineer. In 1981-1990 he held different engineer-technical
posts of the condensers' factory. He is an active participant of
Artsakh movement. In 1990-1995 he was a deputy of RA Supreme Council.
He was an assistant of the chairman of the NKR SC, and then - acting
chairman. In 1997-1999 he worked as a director of the cetntre of
researching "Armenian Trial". In 2001-2005 he held a post of the
adviser of the NKR President. From 2005 he holds a post of the Minister
of NKR MFA. He is married and has 2 children.
