MEETING WITH THE NKR PRESIDENT

On September 27th the NKR President Bako Sahakian called a working
meeting, where the question of paying off the obligations to the
people by "Bread factory and Mill" joint-stock company was discussed.
The president assigned to the Government to represent corresponding
suggestions about regulation of this problem in a possibly brief space
of time. The NKR Prime Minister A.Haroutyunian, the head of the NKR
President's Stuff M.Moussaelian, NKR Attorney General A.Zalinian ,
the NKR vice-prime Minister , minister of Agriculture A.Tsaturian ,
Minister of Finance S.Tevossian, executive director of "Artsakhbank"
joint-stock company K.Nersissian presented at the meeting.(Central

Meeting with the NKR President
On September 27th the NKR President Bako Sahakian met with
american-armenian benefactors Jasmen Baniatsian and Karen Benissiants,
who realized different programs in Artsakh, and who are also the
benefactors of the house-museum of Nikol Duman of Tsakhkashat village
and Ethnographical district. Bako Sahakian estimated highly the works
of the benefactors and stressed the necessaty of programs directed
to the strengthening of Artsakh village. The director of the agency
of development of tourism Sergey Shahverdian and the executive of
"National Legacy" fund David Ishkhanian also participated in the
meeting.
Meeting with the NKR President
On September 27th the NKR President Bako Sahakian called a working
meeting, where a number of questions concerned to the flat problems
of the families of killed azatamartiks were discussed. During the
meeting the President pointed especially, that improving of flat
and social conditions of the families of killed azatamartiks was one
of the most important problems in our republic. At the same time he
assigned to resolve the questions of satisfying the families of killed
azatamartiks with apartments in a possibly brief space of time. On
purpose of doing productively these works, a new commission would be
created, which would take up a number of questions of checking and
organizing of the lists. The NKR Prime Minister A.Haroutyunian, the
head of the NKR President's Stuff M.Moussaelian, the assistant of the
head of the NKR President's Stuff B.Alaverdian, Minister of Finance
S.Tevossian, Minister of Social Maintenance N.Azatian, Minister of
Urban Planning A.Mamounts, the chairman of the relatives' union of
killed azatamartiks Galia Arstamian participated in the meeting.
