Armenia's leading mobile operator VivaCell MTS has lowered its roaming
tariffs for its subscribers spending their summer rest in Georgia.
Until October 1, all the VivaCell MTS subscribers can make calls from
Georgia for 45 drams/1 minute (instead of the former 80 drams).
