DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER OF AZERBAIJAN: THOSE WRITTEN IN THE DEAUVILLE STATEMENT CONCERN ARMENIA AND ITS CRIMINAL PRESIDENT

    Azerbaijan

Baku. Parvin Abbasov - APA. "Azerbaijani state, president has never
prepared the people for war," Ali Hasanov, Deputy Prime Minister,
chief of the State Committee on Deals of Refugees and Internally
Displaced Persons, said while commenting on the joint statement
on the resolution of Nagorno Karabakh conflict issued by the U.S.,
French and Russian presidents in Deuville, France, APA reports.

He underlined that Azerbaijani President has been demonstrating
    patience for long years.

"As Supreme Commander-in-Chief, Azerbaijan's President has the right
to start the war today and take back the territories. No one has the
right to interfere in it. War is our international right, but we do
not start it. If Armenia were in our place, it would have done it.

Those written in the presidents' statement concern Armenian president.

When did our people make war, shed blood? Those written in the
statement concern Armenia, its criminal president, separatist part
of the Armenian people," he said.
