Press speaker of the ministry of foreign affairs of NKR Marsel
Poghosyan commenting on Rovshan Rzaev's announcement made in Berlin
as if "Another meeting of Armenian and Azerbaijan communities is to
take place", announced that if Azerbaijan wants to negotiate with
Karabakh then they should sit by the negotiation table.
"It's a misinformation. There's nothing of that sort. What do they
mean saying Armenian and Azerbaijan communities? That's just their
wish. Authorities are the ones to talk about negotiations".
